Does the Manifestation Metrics Journal automatically save my inputs after I edit items?
Yes. Your data is stored via a progress-save feature, where your progress is essentially updated as you input. Therefore, every time you login, you will return to your previously stored data.
Can I upgrade to a longer subscription at any point?
Yes. We offer a 2-week upgrade option. If you decide before the 2-week period that you want a longer subscription, we will happily upgrade you. That said, keep a copy of all your data so it can be re-entered into your new workbook as you are essentially receiving an entirely new workbook.
Will I have access to my workbook after the subscription is over?
Each subscription allows for 1-year use + access to your workbook plan. At any point prior the year’s end, or within a 2 week window thereafter, you can subscribe to the auto-renew plan, which affords you annual access to view your stored workbook + associated data online, even after your subscription is over.
Is the Manifestation Metrics Journal available across devices?
Our workbook is currently available via laptop + desktop devices. The workbook’s mobile responsiveness is scheduled to be finalized in October of 2024. And by 2025, the MMJ will be multi device-compatible on your laptop or PC, iPad, iPhone, or Android.
Do you need to have wifi to be able to use the MMJ?
Yes. The workbook is available online + requires internet access.
Are there tutorials on how to use the actual workbook?
Yes. In addition to workbook examples included within the actual journal, we have created a video tutorial that helps you navigate the fillable functions of the MMJ, which are emailed upon subscription order.
If I run into issues, how can I reach out?
We offer a comment section that sends emails directly to the creators of the MMJ, so you can always discuss any issues, needs, or concerns relating to the workbook + someone will get back to you with feedback asap!
What is your return policy for the online journal?
Virtual: please note that due to the digital format of this product, all sales are final + refunds are not available. Once your purchase is complete, you will login or sign up, + receive instant access.
What is your return policy for your print journal?
Print: all returns + exchanges are to be made within 15 days from the day you receive your order.
